Prizes on Facebook

We have been “promising” to give away prizes on our Facebook page for quite some time now. And well.. the time has come for that promise to become a reality.

So here is the plan -

  • We will post two contest questions on our Facebook page at 5 PM and 10 PM.
  • We will post these from Monday to Saturday starting from 20th December, 2010.
  • The first three people to answer the questions correctly will be given 10, 8 & 6 points respectively.
  • All those who answer correctly after the first three will be given 2 points.
  • On Sunday, we will publish the leader-board on our Facebook Page as well as the blog announcing the winners of that particular week. The scores would be the sum total of points a user has got during the week.
  • The top 3 winners every week will be provided with 10% off coupons via FlipGraph. We know that it is not much and we are trying to get more sponsors. We also believe that most of you guys participate for the love of the game and not because of the prizes.
  • We are open to changing these rules if any better suggestions come up and we hope for some feedback regarding the same.

We also request you to contribute questions to the group. Don’t worry we will continue posting non-contest questions & trivia.  Hope you enjoy it.

Welcome to theIQuest

So you decided to check out the blog eh.. nice. real nice. You are interested in knowing more about The I Quest and we can’t stop talking about The I Quest. It is like a baby to us who has just learnt to speak “Ma” & “Pa” and we are EXCITED.

First of all – WHAT IS THE I QUEST? (I know.. I know.. Who is John Galt is a better question but no one in our team is close to Ayn Rand’s literary skills. We are monkeys who just learnt to type)

Is it a quiz? Is it a game? Noooooooo..

We aim to develop a kewl FB-app which would mix quizzing and trivia with the social gaming experience.
We have created this blog / the facebook page / the twitter account to learn from you “what works” and more importantly “what sucks”! During the developmental stages we would have daily bits of trivia thrown in on our FB & Twitter accounts and few online quiz contests.

The first of such contests is on 8th December 2010 between 12 PM to 4 PM. The rules are given here. Feel free to ask us any doubts that you have and we will try and sort them out for you.
